BioInfoMark
About

BioInfoMark is a benchmark suite of representative
bioinfomatics applications to facilitate the design
and evaluation of computer architectures for these
emerging workloads. The suite was designed, and is
currently maintained, by Dr. Tao Li and Yue Li of
the IDEAL research lab at the University of Florida.
The suite is released freely for educational and research
use, and can be downloaded via this page.

BioInfoMark
is released freely for educational, non-profit, and
industry research purposes, and may be downloaded,
executed, copied, and modified without limitation
by the end user. No non-profit user may place any
restrictions on the use of this software, including
as modified by the user, by any other authorized user.
BioInfoMark is provided as is, with no warranty of
any kind, express or implied. The user of the program
accepts full responsibility for the application of
the program and the use of any results produced.
While
registration is optional, we ask
that you fill out as much of the information
below as possible, so that we can have an
estimate as to the number and sector of end
users of the BioInfoMark suite. No collected
information will be used for any purpose other
than statistical analysis of the BioInfoMark
suite.
